The dynamics of each talk are based on providing you with theoretical and practical knowledge and tools of Ayurveda and/or Yoga applicable to different areas of your daily life, which will allow you to cultivate self-knowledge, raise your self-esteem and develop a greater awareness so that you understand how to lead a full and healthy life, in tune with your true essence.

Ayurveda and Yoga encompass all topics related to health and well-being; however, key topics include: spirituality, consciousness, philosophy, elements and qualities, nutrition, daily routines, life cycles, digestive, mental and spiritual health, sleep and rest, stress and emotion management, proper use of the mind, therapies of the 5 senses, and herbal treatments.
