Service Description
Each session is designed to provide you with theoretical and practical knowledge and tools from Ayurveda and/or Yoga applicable to different areas of your daily life. These will allow you to cultivate self-awareness, raise your self-esteem, and develop greater consciousness, empowering you to lead a full and healthy life in harmony with your true essence. Ayurveda and Yoga encompass all topics related to health and well-being. However, key themes include: spirituality, consciousness, philosophy, elements and qualities, nutrition, daily routines, life cycles, digestive, mental, and spiritual health, sleep and rest, stress and emotion management, proper use of the mind, therapies of the five senses, and herbal treatments.
